Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Customers are kindly requested to inform the hotel management both in written form and in time about any changes or cancellations concerning their booking as soon as possible.

Our cancellation policy goes as follows:

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival, there will be no financial charge. Also, any payment done in advance will be returned.

• For cancellation from 14 to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged with 50% of the total stay based on their reservation.

• For cancellation in less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival or upon arrival, during the stay, or for not showing up at the hotel at all, the customer is charged with 100% of the stay based on their reservation.
